Regular Cleaning

Whether you need a regular or a one-time cleaning service, Aloka Cleaning Service can handle it all. We offer a variety of cleaning options, including an ultra-deep clean that leaves no spot untouched. Many of our clients like to do their own weekly cleaning, but they trust us to do the General Cleaning for them. This service covers the Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen and Living Room, where we use basic cleaning products, such as detergent, water, disinfectant and toilet cleaners, to wash and wipe everything. We also dust and wipe the furniture and vacuum the floors, making your space neat and tidy

2. How long does a regular cleaning service usually take?
   It varies according to the size of the home, but on average you can expect the service to take 2-3 hours.
3. Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
   For eco-friendly, child and pet-safe products please make the explicit request. We use standard cleaning chemicals unless otherwise requested.
   
4. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
   No, but it’s highly recommended that you approve the work before we leave your home.
   
5. What happens if something is broken during the cleaning?
   Our staff will notify customers of any items that may have broken due to their cleaning. Please provide photo/video evidence that it was caused by our staff and we will work with you to make it right.
   
6. Can I request specific tasks or areas to be cleaned?
   Yes, but ideally that should be requested during the booking process so that the estimate includes this in request in the rate.
   

Kitchen:

1. Clean countertops and cabinets
2. Clean appliance surfaces (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
3. Wipe down stovetop and clean inside of microwave
4. Clean inside and around sink
5. Sweep and mop floor

Bathrooms:

1. Clear the shower or tub of any items
2. Clean the shower or tub walls and door
3. Clean the sink and countertop
4. Clean mirrors
5. Clean and disinfect the toilet
6. Sweep and mop floor

Living Areas:

1. Wipe and dust everything, from picture frames, and Object.
2. Clean the floors, either by vacuuming carpets or sweeping and mopping hard flooring.
3. Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
4. Clean your furniture

All Rooms:

1. Vacuum carpets and rugs, or sweep and mop hard floors
2. Empty all trash bins and replace liners
3. Wipe down doorknobs, light switches, and other high-touch areas
